Managed IT & Telecom Solutions for Small & Medium Businesses

The Team

Born from PASSION for Small Business

Jono Noy

Jono Noy

Jono founded NOYTECH, originally called CigamIT, in 2009. He grew up in Dirranbandi and Dalby, eventually moving to the Sunshine Coast in 2004 where he completed Years 11 and 12 at Caloundra SHS as well as a school-based traineeship in IT, which launched his career. Prior to starting his business, Jono worked in a fish and chip shop, but more notably, helped his mother manage a local motel when the owners went on holidays. He and his mum managed all aspects of running the motel which is where his passion for business was born.

More than his passion for IT, Jono loves getting to know and understand his clients and seeing the impact he and his staff have on their daily lives is incredibly fulfilling for him. Outside of work you will find Jono enjoying TV, Movies or Music but he’s learning to get out more. Having faced his fear of heights by way of bungee jumping some years ago, any chance to go bigger was always on the cards. So, jumping out of a plane was the logical choice and checked that goal off the list in 2025!

Andrew Fraser

Andrew Fraser

Andrew joined NOYTECH as a Systems Technician in 2018 and has lived on the Sunshine Coast since 2015.  Having grown up using/breaking computers since a young age IT has always been a passion of his so a career in it was always on the cards.

Andrew brings a wealth of knowledge to the team with his multitude of experiences. From a stint as a Warehouse Storeman, to a 3rd party engineer providing warranty services to the likes of Dell, HP etc. even supporting McDonalds IT at one point and then onto being a full time laptop repair technician/helpdesk support person at a local K-Year 12 school.  He finds providing solutions and support to people so they can better service and support their clients, very rewarding and it is his main career motivation.

Outside of work you’ll more then likely find Andrew doing something car related being a keen automotive enthusiast. Or relaxing watching his favourite TV show or gaming.

Luke Bland

Luke Bland

Luke started working at NOYTECH as a Systems Technician in 2019. He grew up in Maryborough QLD and moved to the Sunshine Coast in 2018. The passion with computers he had since being a teenager steered him in the direction of working in IT. Before working with NOYTECH he worked nightshift at Big W.

Luke enjoys working with the team at NOYTECH and making clients happy when issues are resolved. He particularly likes working with computer hardware. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time at the beach with his wife and three small children. On a personal note, he enjoys gaming when the kids go to sleep (rare but rewarding).

Jeff Steele

Jeff Steele

Jeff joined NOYTECH in 2021 as a Communications Technician as part of the merger of PhonesAtWork and NOYTECH. He grew up in Toowoomba and moved to the Sunshine Coast in 1980. After leaving school, Jeff qualified in 1987, having completed his Telecommunications Apprenticeship. He worked in Comms and then merged in with the IT crowd due to the converging nature of the telecommunications industry.

Jeff enjoys problem solving to achieve his client’s requirements and achieving outcomes that benefit both the client and NOYTECH. Outside of work he likes winding down with family, Martial Arts training and keeping his brain active by self-learning in Psychology and Sociology amongst other topics.
