The time to transition fully depends on the size and complexity of the business. NOYTECH works closely with the outgoing IT provider to ensure a smooth and amicable transition to eliminate or limit any impact on the day-to-day operation.
Very minimal. Wherever possible, migrations and any work requiring downtime is scheduled and performance outside of business hours.
Minimum contract terms for our Managed Services Agreement is 3 months with 30 days’ notice required to cancel.
All other Licensing and support are provided on a month-to-month basis. We aim to ensure all clients are comfortable with support and not feel trapped.
